DynaPick light picking systems are designed to deliver high performance, totally paperless picking without the high price tag. Three different PC-based, pick-to-light systems are available:

DP-Ultra

Backlit LCD displays quantity to be picked. Characters in red, amber, green and in steady or blinking lights to indicate real-time status. Pushing the button confirms the pick and the display acknowledges.

Designed for fast moving items with specialty picking. Shows more than just the quantity to be picked - the 8 character display can also:

	Direct Packaging Requirements
	Lot Control
	Labeling
	Addition of Promotional Items
	Other Order-Specific Requirements

DP-Plus

Pickers read the quantity displayed at the Bay Control Module, go to the flashing light, and confirm the order at the SKU. Pushing the button confirms the pick and the display acknowledges.

Designed for lower activity SKU's, replenishment or returns processing. Can also be used for:

	Split-case Picking of low-medium activity SKU's
	Easy picking in large, low density zones
	Cluster Picking on static shelves

DP-Lite

Quantity and confirmation are located at the Bay Control Module, with a simple light directing the SKU to be picked.

Designed to be a low cost way of picking lower activity SKU's, replenishment or returns processing.
