Description

W&H’s RSU Tray Sorter provides an outstanding means for sorting small and medium sized product without a large initial outlay of funds. The RSU is an inexpensive, yet highly effective, tray sorter capable of reaching throughputs of up to 14,175 trays inducted per hour. RSU’s simple design allows for a low up front investment and minimal annual maintenance costs making it an excellent choice for meeting your sorting requirements.

Trays are loaded horizontally and automatically tilt to a discharge angle prior to entering the multiple discharge zone. When a tray reaches its destination, a latch mechanism releases the support gate, enabling the product to slide gently onto a chute, conveyor or directly into a shipping carton.
