W&H Systems is dedicated to total customer service and
support. Our Customer Service Department provides fast and efficient service for our
clients regarding technical problems, system maintenance or spare parts requirements. We
provide:
 | A Toll Free Phone Number (800) 966-6993 direct to our customer
service staff. |
 | An Answering Service is employed for after business hours and
on holidays and weekends. |
 | Specialized Service Contracts
are available for those clients who require enhanced service or a guaranteed response
time. |

Three distinct service levels are available. These
agreements are offered on an annual basis.
Level 1
 | 24 hour support (7 days/week includes weekends/holidays) |
 | 4 hour response time |
Level 2
 | 24 hour support (5 days/week excluding weekend/holidays) |
 | 4 hour response time |
 | Off hour service available |
Level 3
 | 8 hour support (5 days/week excluding weekends/holidays) |
 | 4 hour response time |
