Training

Our systems can only be successful, if the people using them are properly trained. We offer training programs for:

	Operations
	Maintenance
	Supervisor / Management

These programs ensure our clients achieve maximum productivity from the new system.

The Operations Training Program includes:

	System overview training which shows system flow patterns and broadly discusses the design intent of the system as well as its capabilities.
	Subsystem and component training which goes into greater detail for each opperational area and concentrates on the critical functions and instructions required for personnel.

The Maintenance Training Program includes:

	Complete maintenance manuals and documentation.
	Classroom and hands-on training of the equipment utilized and the proper operating conditions.
	Preventive maintenance instruction.

At the conclusion of the training, maintenance personnel are able to understand, maintain and repair key mechancial, electrical and control components of the system.

The Supervisor/Management Training Program includes:

	System Overview Training
	System Start-up and Shutdown
	Emergency Stop and Reset
	Safety
	PC Screen Operation
	Security
