Pop-up Wheel Sorter

Product Discharge

Description

This sorter is a belt powered, pop-up wheel type with a sorting speed of up to 300 feet per minute. It is capable of sorting up to 5,100 units per hour based on 24" long items. It can handle products with dimensions from a minimum 9" x 6" x 2" to a maximum 40" x 30" x 30" and ranging from 2 to 75 lbs. Several main-line sorting belts with individual drives can be linked in series, resulting in any number of desired diverts. The sorter can be configured for only left or right side diverting and product must be aligned to the divert side. Minimum 60" divert centers.
