Slat/Shoe Sorter (Buschman Unisort V)


Product Discharge

Description

This sorter is a slat/shoe type with a sorting speed of up to 350 feet per minute. It is capable of sorting up to 7,000 units per hour based on 24" long items. It can handle products with dimensions from a minimum 9" x 1" x 2" to a maximum 48" x 36" x 36" and ranging from 0.5 to 100 lbs. The number of diverts are limited only by the distance between sort lanes and/or conveyor pull requirements. The sorter can be configured for single or dual sided with directly opposing or staggered divert lanes. Minimum 26" divert centers for single sided and 67.5" for dual sided configurations.
