Product Discharge

Description

This sorter is a belt powered, swivel wheel type with a sorting speed of up to 400 feet per minute. It is capable of sorting up to 8,000 units per hour based on 24" long items. It can handle products with dimensions from a minimum 9" x 6" x 2' to a maximum 48" x 30" x 30" and ranging from 2 to 100 lbs. Several main-line sorting belts with individual drives can be linked in series, resulting in any number of desired diverts. The sorter can be configured for single sided diverting to either the left or right side or for dual sided diverting with directly opposed takeaways. Minimum 42" divert centers for single sided and 63" for dual sided configurations.
