A few examples:

Empire Merchants, Inc. (NY) - This high volume fast growing wholesale liquor distributor was facing order fulfillment and maintenance problems with a 35 year old paper based picking system.  Empire selected W&H with it's many years of experience in the wholesale wine & spirits industry, to design and build a wave based fully automated system.   The system design and implemented allow them to continue their growth and dominate their market.

Perry Ellis International (FL) - This manufacturer of apparel gave W&H Systems the task of optimizing its distribution operations.  Faced with the increasing demand by its customers of 100% accuracy, more timely fulfillment and VAS (Value Added Services), Perry Ellis and W&H agreed on a system that accomplishes these goals and provided a substantial ROI.

Port Logistics Group (NJ) - This Third Party Logistics (3PL) provider was negotiating a contract to takeover a major department stores import container processing.  W&H was hired to analyze the department stores projected volumes and growth, then design a fully automated material handling system for their existing Newark, NJ distribution center.  After demonstrating that this system would give PLG the capacity to handle the department stores business, they were awarded the contract.  W&H then installed the system in just 5 months and on budget.
